Codex workflow
Work through client website feedback with Codex
Connect the review to the website project you are working on in Codex. Choose the client requests to address and check the results in DesignLoop.
Start from the Codex task for the website project you want to change. The DesignLoop connection supplies the feedback; Codex also needs access to the project itself.
Set up from the project task
- In DesignLoop, open Implementation, choose Connections, and create a named project token.
- Select Codex, choose Set up with Codex, and copy the setup request.
- Paste it into the Codex task for that website project and follow the setup.
- Start a new task for the same project after setup so the connection can load.
Keep the setup request private because it includes access to the review.
Confirm the review and choose the work
Ask Codex to list the active feedback without making changes. Check that it shows the intended website and feedback round.
For example, you might want to finish a client’s launch revisions while leaving a larger redesign for later:
Work on the agreed launch revisions only. Leave the redesign requests open. Show progress in DesignLoop and submit each completed change with a screenshot for me to review. Leave publishing for me to decide.
Name the relevant feedback items if the review contains both sets of requests. Resolve unclear comments before starting them.
Approve each completed request
The Implementation board in DesignLoop shows progress and submitted work. Open an item to compare the result with the client’s original comment.
Check the updated website using the website change checklist. Approve the items that match the request and ask for another pass where needed. The owner controls when feedback is marked implemented.
If you prefer to send one request without a connection, use Copy for AI. For removing a connection, see review permissions.
